You can’t afford to be out of contact in business today. It's imperative that your calls are handled in the right way first time. We understand this, so we make sure that our PAs are trained to handle calls on behalf of your organisation.
First Class PA’s Ltd will give you a professional answering service that greets callers with your company name and manage your calls with your exact requirements and directs calls wherever you wish. If the calls can’t be patched directly to you, or you would prefer us to take a message, we can relay them onto to you via phone, fax, email or SMS. All of your calls will be answered between 9.00am and 5.00pm from Monday to Friday. Your potential clients will perceive that you have a fully staffed office with a team of very professional staff.

How does it work?
All you need is to use the call forward facility on your telephone. You will be allocated your own unique telephone number. You can either give out this number or divert your existing business line to it when you are unavailable. As soon as you divert your calls to the dedicated number provided by First Class PA’s Ltd, your Virtual Office team will answer your calls in your company name.
If you are a local business, you may wish to have a local geographic phone number, you may wish to have geographic phone numbers in various towns where you hope to encourage new business. If you wish to appear local in any UK regions we can supply area coded numbers to suit.
First Class PA’s Ltd have developed a sophisticated database that works as an intelligent call management system. The database holds your company's details and service requirements so that when your dedicated number is called, the data automatically shows up on your virtual switchboard operator's computer.
Call patching
If you're out but still want to receive calls, your calls can be patched through to your mobile or any other number worldwide.
If you can't take the call, we can take a message or put the caller through to voicemail.
If you are in the office but only want to receive important calls, your operators can be briefed to screen and qualify your calls. This can alter on a daily basis. All you need to do is ring in the morning with your details and we will react accordingly.
All messages will be sent to you by whatever communication method you prefer.
